Bought the Ola Scooter 7 months back. Suddenly it stopped working. It stopped in the middle of the road, the scooter was dead not switching on. I managed to bring the scooter to my home. I tried to raise a complaint in the help section but failed. Then sent an email and continuously followed up with them on Twitter, but to date no one has visited. Already a week is gone, they are just calling but not sending any technicians to solve the scooter issue.
Their main motto is selling the scooter. Not at all worrying about the customers who purchased their scooters already.
