I booked my ola scooter in September 2021 and made final payment on 3rd March 2022. In order to proceed further, I tried uploading my documents for registration purpose but unable to upload the same because of an unknown error. I tried everything from uninstalling the app and reinstalling it to trying to upload in all permissible formats within the permissible size but everytime the same error message is displayed. I tried contacting OLA through their support email and also through their twitter and insta pages but all I recieve was a standardized reply that "we are working on it and we we get back to you". I even mailed them the scree recording of the error along with all my documents but they are so irresponsible that they don't even care to reply. It's been 7 days and I have mailed them several times and even tagged their ceo on twitter with my problem but all in vain. They do not care to reply. I have mailed them to return my money as I don't want to be a part of such a fake revolution where the customer is suffering even before the delivery of vehicle, I can imaging how their post delivery services are going to be.
This is so annoying that once you recieve the money, you treat your customer in this manner.
