I had added money yesterday in my ola money account. It showing to reduce the amount or try after 3 days. I read the ola's whole document there where no such statement that customer can only transfer money after 3 days. I called to ola money customer care and the executive name is pawan, he was telling that my account has blocked for security reason for stopping fraudulent activity.
I had not got any call from ola to ask for fraudulent activity while i was transferring the money from ola, so how can ola block my account without any call or information. So this is shows that ola is cheating to customer.
I want resolution by today itself and kindly unblock my account as soon as possible
