Olay — Labeling me a fraud

I have put in numerous orders and all have been cancelled. First I was told my debit and credit cards were no good to call my bank. I called Wells Fargo and everything on their end is good... that all my orders have been cancelled through the merchant.. My debit and credit cards all all in good standing. If anyone at Olay had bothered to call my bank the problem would have been solved...but you prefer to label someone as a fraud...I take extreme offense to that. Someone there made a mistake and after calling for 3 days...I can not get an answer as to why or how this mistake was made.
I need this mess you have created rectified immediately!!! I am appalled at your so-called customer service lack of help...they just say since it is in the system I am a fraud. Order #2104450 and
#2109828 need to be reinstated...CALL MY BANK!!!
