Dear Olx, My name is Raj Madhavan. I am a person of Indian origin holding German passport and living in Germany. I had an ad running on Olx.In. Ad ID: [protected] since many months for the sale of my family property in Kerala, India. Since the term "negotiable" cannot be used any more, I wanted to reduce the price asked for and so tried to change the price on my ad. Immediately my ad was blocked and then my account banned. This was not an intentional violation but a mistake on my part due to the fact that I was not aware that I am not allowed to change the price quoted, I have sent messages to the support team but my messages remain unanswered. I request your help to recover my account and to post my old ad without any changes. Thanks and regards, Raj Madhavan
