[Resolved] Olx India — fraud seems to have been committed using your site!! | |||
I was interested in purchasing a pre-owned Mercedes Benz ML 350 cdi 2007 model SUV advertised on your site viz. http://newdelhi.olx.in/ml350-cdi-2007-mercedes-benz-automatic-iid[protected]. In the space provided for "e-mail seller" I expressed my interest in the vehicle and also provided my e mail ID as per your site. The purported seller emailed me and asked me to deposit money in a designated bank account in UK, which I did. Ever since then, the purported seller is not traceable and is not responding to my emails. I fear that he has committed a fraud on me and has used your site to do so. Since you must have verified the authenticity of the seller before uploading the advertised product on your site, kindly trace the seller and confront him with the facts. This is untrue! I have not received any notification from you till date.
[protected]@olx.in has NOT sent me any intimation regarding their efforts to resolve this issue. The seller of the vehicle (ml350-cdi-2007-mercedes-benz-automatic-iid[protected] has not responded to any of my mails and remains untraceable.
Please either resolve this issue (Its a lot of money!!) or take responsibility for not being vigilant about who advertises on your site. I have lost money! This is NOT fair!!
