Olx India — Fraud seller

Hello, From OLX.in website i saw an ad 2 months ago and tried to contact the seller. All the conversation went through emails as the seller responded with email itself. I paid 16, 000 rupees to his account for the mobile. Later i came to know that it is fraud and nigerian people are doing this scam. How can I get back the refund. I've the bank detials of the person to whom i've deposited the amount.
