Android app problem

24.03.2014 We did deal Om-İt Solutions for Android app.Max time was 30 days.And we did send the first payment 1200$ at 26.03.2014 .They did promise us to finish the work for 30 days. But Despite the passage of 30 days they didn't finish the work so we did want to first payment back. But they didnt give us money back.They make excuses, very unprofessionell company. They none of the promises were kept us.We want to money back....

My Name is Srikanth,2011 pass-out in IT stream i got a call from one of the consultancy that they offering a job through back door in Om-It Solutions Hyderabad in .NET,Java Technology ,They are asking me to pay 2 lakhs amount for that job,i desperately need a job ,Is om it solutions company is good or fraud Company????,please help me out friends,can i join in that company or not am in a bit of dilemma whether to join or not..
