Dear sir/madam, this is to bring to your notice that the below gr no[protected] despite the fact the stocks i. e. boxes has been despatched to chennai which reached your perungudi branch by 23 rd of this month and iam submitting herewith the tracking chart as per yours. Cn number: 14028288 Cn date:[protected] Consignee name: self Tatus: ware house-pgudy 23-09-15 at pgudy From: baddi-himachal pradesh To: chennai svchatram-tamilnadu Booking mode: surface Expected date of delivery:[protected] * No of package packing type item description invoice number invoice date part number quantity dimension weight 11 carton box hlm[protected] — 11 — 110.00 Despite the fact these stocks has reached your perungudi branch by 23rd september we havent got a call from the concern person of perungudi branch - mr. bagi chand till the end of september eventhough i have called plenty of times. finally they said we dont have vehicle to despatch your stocks. this is door delivery but they are asking us to come and collect the stocks. The reason behind we have got pending payment for 2 grs from our side[protected] & 14015279 because we have found an sudden increase in tariff. just to inform you personally our concern (ammayappa exports) has been preferring your service i. e. omlogistics from all pharma manufacturers across h. p and delhi wherever we are received stocks from different pharma manufacturers. because of this fact we have imly approached your company people anme not known in landline no and also mobile nbr - ([protected]) on 21st of september on this day we got the stocks. this concern person the mobile nbr which i mentioned told that within 24 hrs we will revert back to you and give clarity over the tariff and till that asked me to hold the payment for both this grs. I have told this reason to mr. bagi chand also told pls dont mistake moment we get the clarification we will make payment for both this grs. next day i havent got feed back over the same. i immediately called him (mr. bagi chand) personally and told sorry sir i dont want to let you suffer because of this delay. either you can ask your person to come and collect money immediately or we are going to get another which i mentioned here by tomorrow. so you can handover the stocks and get old pending and also this grs money also. You please tell where is our mistake? eventhough we have asked a genuine clarification and you havent properly responded i thought the concern person should not suffer and lets bear the difference in amount as per gr. He hasnt neither informed us about the stocks status that he has received and after 4, 5 day by 30th of this month got doubted and i verifed the tracking chart. got stunned over the same and called him. he told yes we got the stocks but we will not supply you. i have asked the reason. he told previous pending is the reason. we told dont worry about the payment. we told you clearly your company person has only asked us to make the payment after providing the clarification. i told the same even next day on 22nd of september saying that we havent got the feedback as committed and you please come and collect it either now itself or along with this gr which stocks has reached the next day. He (mr. bagi chand) is very arrogant and stubborn doesnt know how to respond to the customer even earlier he has done the same some time back. we are showing utmost flexibility for which he is taking undue advantage. please tell me is it right in holding a customers stocks for more than 10 days because of his arrogance and absolute stubborness as a customer we are suffering a lot. even this complaint really iam sending after giving sufficient opportunites to mr. bagi chand waited patiently personally called him, sent messages and told him patiently i have asked for clarification for a genuine reason and we are not for sure payment defaulters. pls understand. s0 dont worry. pls send the stocks. He (mr. bagi chand) is having very very very very poor listening ability. anybody can understand this. unless and untill if one person happens to be an illiterate or very arrogant personality and unfit to handle customers. iam very sure about this because we have been into marketing for more than a decade. we will never talk or fight unnecessarily with anybody becse in mkting u need to flex ur muscles. this guy is really unfit. i tried to explain him more than 5 times in a very very polite manner. he fails to listen and doing this purposefully.. very very hurtin g for a customer and really he will spoil ur customers by this attitude problem. we feel very much becse we only opted yours from this pharma manftr despite the fact they opted somebody and we told we r very comfortable with you. i. e (omlogistics). so you pls send by them for which v r in soup. Note: — we have been getting stocks to madurai and chennai from different pharma mftrs via you (omlogistics). but wehavent defaulted payment even once in the last 3 years. this time for this clarification over the sudden rise we have been asked to wait by ur own person. we dont have any problem with your madurai branch where they are making immediate supply. superb response to customer s by your madurai branch really. good approach. but he (mr. bagi chand is really very very pathetic). having waited for last 10 day knowing the fact that our stocks is lying (sleeping) in ur godown for 10 day after so much of patience still we havent got our job done (so many calls to your concern person-mr. bagi chand) having got irritated we r sending this mail. you pls take immediate action over this otherwise you will loose your customer like us who chooses you. customers who chooses you you should never miss them because they r only ur brand ambasadors. we r gvng a very very genuine feedback to ur company. this is perfect postmortem abt this person. i sincerely tell this. We expect u to take immeidate action over our stocks & ask them to supply today itself 3rd of october otherwise u can ask him to send the stocks back to h. p. (baddi) where you have got the stocks. this we are telling with a bad feeling and irritation by which we lost our patience. you please place urself in customers position (our position) and tell us where we hve lacunted. i can explain to any of your hierarchy. pls take action imly atleast after this detailed mail. Even for madurai we are receiving stocks within a week span. hoping for result positively by today (3rd october) Our nbr to be contacted. mobile nbr-[protected]. name of the person to be contacted-myself-sachithananthan. s. Concern person (incharge) of perungudi branch whom we have spokent to mr. bagi chand and his mobile nbr is below-[protected]. We hve even sent him very polite msge (not only calls continuously even msge 5 times which we can even forward to any o[censored]r people how polite we have sent msge explaining our situation tried to make him understand the reason asking him to come and get the old payment along with this grs stocks.

I hired services for OM logistics to transport my car from Delhi to pune which was promised to deliver in 4-5 days but even after 15 days i am unaware where my car is. They even stopped picking up my calls. I am going to lodge police FIR for theft against OM logistics.

Poor, really poor services, please do not hire them.

Our consignment having CN No. 11689120 has been hold at Kochin Hub with out any specific reason. The said consignment is against FR fabric which is very higher rate fabric and if not delivered today you will be responsible for the same.
