Om Logistics — Overcharged and excessive delay in delivery

Hello Team,

It is very shameful to say that company like yours are incapable to be on your commitments. I have booked a consignment from Bombay to mathura on 1 feb 2021 in ₹4400. We booked same thing, same destination on 26 Dec 2020 in ₹3040( with reference no[protected]. This literally shows the incapability of your firm. After 6 days of pointless negotiation, your employee in ambernath office agreed on the fair ₹3349 and despatch the consignment on 5 feb 2021. I was told that the consignment will be delivered on urgent basis but today is 12 feb 2021 and it is still on the route.
Yesterday afternoon one of your employee told me that the machine is in binola warehouse and will be delivered today in early morning but now it is evening and machine has not been moved from binola warehouse.
All your tag lines to fetch customer are merely fake and nothing worthy.I was your customer since last 4 years but this will be my last consignment.
