I booked a cab from Pune to Shirdi for a 2 day package starting on 25 Jun & ending on 26 Jun 2017. The trip included Pune to Shirdi to Shani Shignapur to Ranjan gaon & back to Pune. I chose the cab from the options available online and booked with http://www.omsairamcab.com/, contact no [protected], [protected]. Mr. Akshay from the Company was interacting with us. I was confirmed a package of Rs. 5000/- all inclusive for the 2 day package.

A Maruti Suzuki Swift Dzire, White colour MH14-CX7629, driver Mr. RajaBhau contact [protected], arrived for the package on 24 Jun at 0730h as promised. The car was in good condition & we were taken in the car for a distance of 100 Km upto the 'Smilestone' restaurant on the Nagar Road. Enroute the driver stopped at a petrol bunk and requested for money. As the advance was the package was Rs 3000/-, the same was paid to the Driver.

At the restaurant we were asked to shift into another vehicle, a TATA Indigo, white colour, MH17AJ5204, driver Mr Kishore as the original vehicle belonged to Pune and this was to take us for the rest of the trip. We started our journey on this car from the location. Within 5-10 Km of our drive, the car started developing mechanical defects. It was in a very poor mechanical condition with pathetic shock absorbers and the A/C was non functional. The vehicle was repeatedly swiching off and the rest of the journey was very uncomfortable.

I kept calling both the contact numbers of the firm but there was no positive response. Mr Akshay started to use derogatory language and finally I called up the Police station at Shirdi for help as the vehicle had halted at Rahata, appx 7 km short of Shirdi. I called on the helpline numbers available from the police website,[protected] & could speak to a Constable (name sounded like Gunjan). He asked me to get the cab to the police station. In the meanwhile Mr Akshay realising the gravity offered to send a Toyota Innova to assist us. The car White Toyota Innova arrived at Rahata with two gentlemen. These two men took the Indigo while our driver, Kishore, asked us to shift to the Innova and he drove us ahead. I asked him to take us to the police station, which he tried avoiding. I called up the police station again and made the driver speak to the constable. He finally took us to the police station. I met Inspector Patil at Shirdi Police Station, contact [protected] and explained my entire situation. He suggested that I could make an online complaint. However I gave him a written letter briefly narrating my complaint.

He called the driver and warned him to behave well with us & also spoke to the owner Mr Akshay on the phone. They gave him a verbal assurance that we will continue to travel in the vehicle now provided for the rest of the package. We moved for Lunch to a restaurant and the car was again changed to a Tata Indica, which was in a poor condition. We were then dropped at the hotel where we had booked for the night, Shri Sainivas Mega residency. On asking the driver to be present in the evening for the scheduled Darshan, he refused and left the place. I spoke to Mr Akshay again and after a delay of almost an hour he came himself with a different car, a Red coloured Maruti Suzuki Swift Dzire, MH14BR4085. The car was again without A/C and we were dropped at the Temple. After the visit, when we wanted to be transported back to the hotel, there was again a delay of more than half an hour. On the way back to the hotel, when asked about the next day package, he was non committal. On asking for a transport in the morning for the temple, he refused and said we can make our own arrangements.

Today morning, 26 Jun, when we asked for the vehicle for the return journey as part of the second day package, he said he cannot give us a vehicle. On further query, he abused me verbally threatened to beat me up at the hotel if I ever called him up again. I was stuck in the hotel with my family and had to arrange for a separate cab back costing me Rs 4200/- from the travel desk at the hotel.

May I request you to kindly take necessary action against the firm and the persons involved for having caused such mental agony and financial loss to me & my family.

Very Very worst cab services

We have booked the 49 seater travels from this service providers as they commited they will provide us a good conditioned travels but our bad luck this fraud peoples send us a damage travel and very very arogant travel owner, he ask for money on every step to you and or if you disagree with his requirements de told you to leave that vehicle on the stop, it will not go ahead without full filling of this requirement.
Hopeless Peoples...
Big Fraudsters...
I will never re-comment this travels services to anyone on words.
Travel which we get for our wedding function is "Jai Bhagwan".

May I request you to kindly take necessary action against the firm and the persons involved for having caused such mental agony and financial loss to me & my family.
Please punish them and there service providers so they will not do this again.
