Om Sai Real Estate — Refund of token amount paid to broker

I paid Rs. 20000 as token amount to the broker (Keshav Siddappa) for a 2bhk rental flat in Fortuna White Wings Bangalore. Next day, I decided not to take the apartment on rent as the behaviour of the agent and the owner was not appropriate. I immediately informed the broker within less than 24 hours that I am not interested. I asked for the refund amount. He said he gave the money to the owner. He did not share the owner number with me. I did not get my money back.
