My new property on client ID-OCIF171, Flat No. 710 (1st floor) was given to someone for residential purposes in lieu of earn some benefit by your employees instead of giving me the possession with occupancy certificate thereby turning it into a second hand property.
I booked a flat in Cassia, Omaxe in New Chandigarh in Feb 2011 . I was forced to make full payment otherwise the finishing work of my flat would not be done, I made full payment in Feb 2017 but in spite of various requests, I received a legally valid OC ( occupancy certificate ) on[protected], After receiving the OC, I went to take possession of my unit on[protected], but I was shocked to see used flat full of filth ( the pictures are attached below ).
It is clearly evident from the pictures that my unit was used for a long period by your employees who strangely didn’t provide me with an OC for more than 4.5 years as they had a clear intent to make benefit out of this property of a helpless senior citizen.
Pls look into the matter and redress my grievances by giving directions to appropriate authority to maintain and prepare my unit as fresh and new. I also request for compensating me for the mental and physical agony that I suffered.
I will like to state here that I am 77 years widow and an Asthma patient and delay in this possession of my unit has not only caused me financially loss but also badly affected my health .
I invested in OMAXE due to your reputation in the market so please live up to it.
