I bought Omega Geyser (Model: ALOMA IYA / Serial No: 0302) on 5th November 2019 with complete warranty of 2 years. Geyser was functional from Nov-19 to Feb-20 (for 4 months only). Obviously we do not need hot water from March to September. When we were trying use again on 21st October, that was not functional and looks like fully dead.
So, I made complaint on 23 October (complaint no 8554) and still struggling with Omega service team after 12 days. Your service department looks like a big fraud. I am following us with them from 12 days (at [protected] and [protected]) and got more than commitments in first day saying that technician will visit within 24 hours. Now either they does not pick up my phone when I call or disconnect the phone after listening my complaint when I call from other numbers.
My complaint no 8554 is still pending even after 12 days. Pathetic after sale service and no one picks the call even. please help or provide me the contact details of some senior management person of Omega. Was this information helpful? |
