Omezzle — Delivered a poor quality product, won't take back

I ordered a watch from omezzle.com priced at 3500. The watch they delivered was same as shown in the pics but has a very poor quality strap and functioning was not ok. So I searched for the customer support no. but only one no. was there and it was not reachable. Finally I searched for a no. online, but when I dialed it and asked for assistance, the person talking on the phone started cursing me and used very abusive language. I was left with a poor quality watch, highly overpriced and not functioning properly at all. Kindly do something about this scam.
