Dear Team Oneup,
I had been through with my first service with oneup motors of my Swift LDI UP 32-CK-3255 and I am really unsatisfied with the service. My car was there at your service station for 2 days. after regular followup when I received my car I also handed over with loads of problem.
1- When I received my car I was unable to open the bonnet/hoods of my car.
2- My speedo meter is still not working
3- The major problem its making a loud humming noise as if I am driving a Tyre puncture car and as I am increasing the speed its becoming soo noisy that I am unable to listen the music inside the car.
4- When I received the car after service it was full of dust untidy no-one can make out its a serviced car. When I complained back to to concerned person whose mob no. is[protected]. he said whenever you pass out from our service station bring your car we will gonna wash it again.
I only wanted to get my car serviced properly that was just costing[protected] but as your serviceman is asking me to change this change that then you will gonna enjoy your ride and he make my bill of Rs. 10000/- that too was not an issue if I have been satisfied with my drive but its really a bad experience and I want my problem to be solved as soon as possible.
All the above problems were not there before servicing by "Oneup Motore"
