I had booked a round trip flight ticket with Paytm for travel in March2017 with order id.[protected].
Due to the wrong information on ticket from Delhi to Pune i missed my flight, and had to book another flight which cost me Rs.13666/-.
The mistake was the ticket mentioned the boarding airport as IGI Delhi while actually it was Domestic Airport, Delhi.
After complaining about this to the Paytm Care I am getting so much irresponsible replies like:
1)We had mentioned IGI airport, mentioning the terminal is not mandatory.(It is mandatory if the distance between these 2 airports is 7 kms)
2)The ticket mentioned the correct timing, if it got changed we are not responsible(Boss who is talking about the time?)
3)We are trying to contact the airlines (Why?the mistake is at your side not with the airlines)
After so much efforts, I have been given with a refund of Rs.750 as notional amount, which is very insane as due to their mistake i lost Rs.16322/-
The variety of responses I have received in last 17days clearly show how capable the Customer service is.
Their site says we keep customer happiness on priority but the type of responses given to me show no one is even reading the complaint. I request you to pl.look into this matter and guide the company to work towards customer satisfaction. Was this information helpful? |
