One97 Communications Ltd (paytm) — Amount deducted against the order but order failed in Paytm

The amount has been credited to "ONE 97 COMMUNICATIONS LTD". with Cheque/Ref no.[protected] Dated 20/12/2016 Rs.1253/- through POS DEBIT against Paytm order. But the has failed due to paytm internal error. If the order was fails the amount should have go to Paytm wallet or back to the Credit Bank account. I complained on paytm care so many times through mails and i called customer care also but no use. They told me to contact the issuing bank customer care for the deduction shown in the bank statement. I sent bank statement also in pdf format which was they needed.
