I had transferred Rs.5000/- from my UBI saving a/c to Paytm wallet. But it did not get transferred in it. Instead, due to your faulty Paytm App software, it wrongly got transferred to ONE 97 COMMUNICA / DNOIDA, (Paytm’s parent company). This is revealed in the UBI bank statement.
Hence, it requested to please correct the transaction by transferring the amount of Rs.5000/- from
ONE 97 COMMUNICA / DNOIDA, (Paytm’s parent company) to -- My Paytm wallet.
I am submitting all the details as desired.
