I saw an offer on a website saying that if i pay through paytm i will get 100% cash back. then i paid through paytm but i didnt get cashback and when i reported it to them, they didnt even replied. i mailed them twice til now no response. this s not a right way to treat a customer. i didnt expect this from paytm. poor customer satisfaction. i think you gonna loose valued customers if you do like this Was this information helpful? | |||||
