[Resolved]  OneAssist Consumer Solutions — Insurance claim rejected and fooled

I claimed my mobile insurance for accidental damage but they rejected saying external force not there.

My phone fell from my hand while taking from pocket while getting down from car and I literally fell down too with my phone.My hand was the force and display got broken due to hit by stone. But this insurance people are fooling people by rejecting. Please help me and save people from buying insurance from this company.

Please help me with this. I paid insurance for accidental and liquid damages and now u people are taking excuses and fooling me.
