I have one card credit limit 175000.I have applied for upgradation so they told that they will deliver new card and blocked my existing card.They told me to provide adress proof and after adress validation card will be delivered.I have submitted address proof and also i have given alternate mobile number incase my number is not reachable.But adress validation person has not come to my adress and gave 1 missed call to my mobile number and he has not contacted to my alternate mobile number and immediately i called him back he has not answered and he has given report as address validation failed and they have blocked my card and asking me to request for closure of card. I used to have cibil score of 811 with 100% repayments but because of one card my cibil score dropped to 711.I request you to provide mail id and phone number of head office of one card so that i can raise my concern as there is no response from customer care.
