I ordered a combo pack of denim shirts for rs.699 and shipping charges rs 100 extra, on 14/05/16. I received the delivery on 20/05/16. But the product delivered is completely different. Order details: awb number[protected] & order no: oid97065. Please make sure my money is returned. It's completely faulty product. The website from which i ordered is no more in use, and the phone number for they provided is also not working. Please help me.
I got a call from a woman on 21-05-16 at around 10.00 am. She told that she is calling from onedaydiscount customer support. She told your money will be refunded to your account and asked me for my atm debit card number, and so i provided. Immediately i received a msg from my bank with an otp for transaction of inr 5000.00 from my account. She asked me for my otp. And i sensed some phishing. She is a fraud. Her ph num: [protected].
