Dear one day discount team,

I was place order of 3 branded denim shirt on date May 6th 2016.I have received the order but I am not satisfied from the quality of product and also colour, quality and brand of product is mismatch as I had seen in your website. so I want to return this order but I am could not able to do any thing because after 24 hour receiving from order we have not updated any thing on your side . I am very disappointed from your website as well as your work. your customer care services is also found off no one can pick up the phone or not getting any reply from your site if we mail on your customer care service mail id . hence I have directly put my complaint on your portal... I hope you resolve this matter urgently.
Please I request you for future business you take initiative to resolve the complaint.
