Oneindia Recharge — Balance not received after successful recharge.

My name is SIBASIS HOTA, I have recharged my BSNL mobile number [protected] of Rs. 200 on date-10/11/13 time-06:45:05 IST. After recharge it got an email of recharge successful and my balance was deducted from my bank account but i didn't got the amount in my mobile number. after that i call the customer care number [protected] but they didn't received my call so i send a email to customer care email id- [protected]@oneindia.in but here also i did'nt got any replies. Recharge atleast does not seem to work for BSNL at least and they are not refunding the amount as well. Really bad, Please do not use this service for recharge.

I recharged Rs.99/= for Tata Docomo phone Vide Order number[protected]
on 6th of June 2015 . Till now[protected] no amount was credited to my Phone or return to me. Even though I sent four e mails to customer care but no reply from them.
My REQUEST TO EVERY BODY : PLEASE AVOID ONEINDIA FOR RECHARGE.
