I booked a product (weight lifting package || order id : 693480 ) on this website over phone through their executive Mr.Kumar (they never say their full name) and asked to deduct the payment at a single go but they have made it converted into EMI.
2ndly they promised my product within 10 days at first then it became 15 to 21 days. My order was booked on 25th Jan 2015 and till now no details of delivery date of my product.
If you call the customer care center they will keep you waiting for minimum 10mins and then say we do not have any details.
Today (20th Feb'15) I called up customer care center and spoke with Khushboo who kept me on hold for multiple times and provided the courier name as SafeExpress with consignment number 41240802 which is not at all recognised by the courier.
There is no reply on any complaint booked with them.Even they do not provide any complaint number or reference as well.
Only the answer is "it is a direct delivery product"
Can anyone here help in this regards?
