To onemi Sub Network error while transaction to my data card on Sep 6 Dear I have tried to recharge with Rs 5000 to my data card through your network .The payment deducted from the bank but not sent it to my mobile number. Handle lid of pressure cooker was broken

Received broken items( kitchen utensils) on 8 September 2014 and complained on 10 September. now its going to be almost 1 month and they are not responding for the replacement.
