ONGC — Not received Refund fee of Cancelled Exam Graduate Trainee -2013

I Applied in ONGC for graduate trainee recruitment Advertisement No. 1/2014(R&P) and exam was in[protected] after completion of exam Some days ONGC Cancelled the whole recruitment process and give the promise to all candidate refund of exam fees but 7 months passed away no refund no updates no notice. so what should i do despair about cancelled exam or no refund exam fees
