ONGC — ONGC - I am not able to download my admit card of ongc 2013

Dear sir, My self Ashis Babu Sha, applied for "Recruitment of Graduate Trainees - 2013" at ONGC but now I am unable to download my admit card. As per my hard copy of "Provisional Registration Slip - 2014" my Application ID is ONGC327285, Date of Birth: 02-Apr-1987, Email ID: ashis.babu.[protected]@gmail.com at which I got a registration confirmation email. But now these details are not accepted to download admit card, every time I enter my details from my provisional Registration Slip. So kindly reply soon its only 2 days left, No body is picking up my call on help desk please check it as soon as possible.
