Myself Samiyulla Shaik, I work as a AM in Onicra frm past few months and resigned on sep 7th, due to Salaries not giving regularily, employees waiting for 2 to 3 months also for salary, HR also not responding for employees calls.
Due to the salary issue i did resigned the company on september 7th, HR said will settle F&F with in 3 months like that and till now not settled not responding calla also.
mine almost 70 to 80k is pending from the company side, as a middle class employee it is a huge amount for me pls help me out in this issue to recover my 2 months salary and final settlement.
Also they are not providing payslips, relieving letter and most part PF they reduced huge amountlike monthly 4600/ month now they are not processing PF also as the previous employees report.
