Please urgently delete all complaints made against Ms.Bharti Chawla - Online cargo as all these complaints have been made on wrong grounds with malafide intentions.
All that happened during transit of this cargo was totally unintentional and "FORCE MAJURE" hence could not be avoided & the person concerned is making these complaints only with an intention of tarnishing company's image.
Request you to immediately delete all complaints made against this company and lady as they have all been made by same person under different names.
