[Resolved]  Online Clues — Shirt purchase and delivered wrong material

I have order 3 shirts in offer on dated 19/5/216 but the colour of shirts which was delivered is total different as per the order we have given to them.
Still we are trying to change the material since form the date we received the material. we have send many mail to the mail ID provided but no problem is short out by there end we are mailing since last two month and that people dont even bother to coordinate properly just reply received that we will surely revert you.
As they have customer care number too but that to is always busy.
We came to you that it would be easier if you team can help in this matter to atleast to change the material or if not possible they revert my money back.
