I booked a tour from their company and paid 15k for advance. Later we got suspicious about their company and asked them to cancel our bookings and refund the amount. It’s been more than 1 and half month now but there’s no word from their side about the refund. When I call their agent she just said that she doesn’t handle the refund issue so talk to the people who handle it but when asked the number she said website se le lo.
