I have not heard from online marketplace store india, formerly known as online medical store india, since 8 january 2018, regarding a refund for a failed order. I have paid a total of rs.4935.00 including shipping. They were not able to supply the product ordered and told me they would email me regarding the refund status. This was on 18 january. I have not received any communication since then. I am very surprised as i have ordered from them in the past with no problem. Was this information helpful? | |||||

I had visited on osmi.in website and order medicine.. while selecting and processing for payment no prescription asked on website.. so I order medicine and online payment done.. I mailed to osmi and ask for delivery .. then after 3 month I raised for refund but till now I didn’t get proper response and refund Also .. very bad service.. don’t cheat customers.. shutdown your website..
