[Resolved] Online SBI — Regarding Fraud in my account. | |||
Respected Sir With humble and high hope I Rajesh Ranjan Acc No [protected] State Bank of India, reckong Peo, kinnaur HP (4335), want to state that someone has forged me and done two unauthorized transactions from my visa debit card XXXX2243. I am sure that none of my family member or relative has done this and I have never disclosed my card details or other confidential information to anyone. When I talked to the above merchants they say they are unable to issue a refund to my account until they receives signed paperwork from the bank confirming these charges were unauthorized. But the bank is not doing anything or takes any steps towards the merchants said matter. GiveIndia no [protected] Amazon no[protected] This is totally a fraud and unauthorized transaction. Kindly take necessary action and help me to get my money back at the earliest.
