kolkata Online Florists — misrepresentation & cheating | |||
Sir, I had ordered a fruit basket decorated with fresh orchids from the website of kolkataonlineflorists.com on 26th nov 2012 at a price of rs. 990 which was supposed to be delivered on 27th nov. on the occassion of wedding anniversary of the recepient being Ashok Gupta. The same was delivered but the flower decoration was totally missing and a card of happy bday was attached. The fruits are also of cheap quality and not upto the weight as promised. Upon regular chase up they accepted the mistake and assured to redelivere the fruits alongwith the decoration and an apology note but once again there was no decoration and apology note. This time also they accepted the mistake and assured me to look after the issue and refund me the entire amount. But now they are silent about the entire issue and avoiding my emails and calls. Please note that I have the copies of all the correspondences as well as the pictures of what i had ordered and what they had delivered. Was this information helpful? | |||

Here is the picture of what I had ordered and what was delivered.. Are they worth Rs. 990? Worst part is all the harassement and embarresment which I had to face and these guys are so cool upon the entire issue.
