Landmark — Defective piece has not been replaced even after 45 days | |||
I had ordered a book 'Dancing with Maharaja' from Landmark (www.landmarkonthenet.com) with so much of excitement after reading about it on Author's blog. The book was delivered within 3-4 days but it was a defective piece (20 odd pages were missing). I had requested for replacement but it has been over a month and still the customer care people are trying to play by regular replies "Checking with Vendor". It has been like this from Aug 28 and till now no confirmation on book replacement. And the funny thing is that the Call Centre folks dont even pick up the phone 99 times out of 100. Highly unprofessional behavior by Landmark. Drawing from my horrible experience I would advise everybody to refrain from making any purchases from this site. Was this information helpful? | |||
