On 4th February I tried to recharge my 3G data card by an amount of Rs 270/= from the provider 'Onecard'. But the recharge failed and the same amount of money is kept deposited to "My Wallet" section in the company website. After that I wrote a mail to the customer service of Onecard. In reply they mentioned "We will be initiating refund of your transaction/s on 11th February 2013. In the meantime, if you wish, you may use the amount from e-wallet." But today they refused of refunding the amount Rs270/= to my account with the reason that I did not do any transaction on 4th Feb, which I think is case of cheating. I hope your forum will help me in this regard to solve the problem.
