On 23rd Oct 2012, we participated in 100Bestbuy Contest and made a payment of Rs.999/-through our credit Card.We immediately called them up to cancel this, but were told that this can, t be cancelled and in case we donot win than this amount credit will be given to us to buy any product.We order ed a Reebok shoe and our Ref No.is 11136703 . Since then we have been writing to them to send this order neither they are sending the product nor they are refunding our money.Their one email is pasted hereunder which is self explanatory.
