Complaint: Clear case of customer rights violation by Timtara.com by not honoring their terms with customer and indefinite wait for a Refund.
I bought a camera and a phone from timtara.com on 26th Sep and 07 Oct respectively.
Order details as follows...
For the camera...

For the mobile phone...

As you can see, it’s been almost four months for both the orders and I’m yet to recieve any refund from their side.
For the first month, I waited for the order to be delivered...After giving up on that i asked them to cancel it. The cancellation process took two months..... despite me calling up their cust. services every day for two months and after huge conflicts and plenty of lies and false commitments and assurances......... they eventually cancelled my order.
Now, it’s been a month since I’m waiting for a refund. and every time i call them.......... all I get to hear is lies and lies. They always ask you to wait and commit to refunding in a week and they promise to arrange a callback in 24-48 hours.
But, to no surprise....They don't even acknowledge a complaint or callback.
Many weeks passed by..... still waiting for refund.
Damages suffered:
Rs.24389 INR is what I have paid for the products 4 months ago.
Had to live without a phone and camera, which resulted in missed opportunities in my profession.
Have spend hundreds of rupees in calling their customer services.
Plus all the mental harassment I am facing.
