I had already shared the image. I am sending you the video now. The watch itself says smart watch which you have send no company name?. Please look what have i booked its a black color watch plus, look at the rotating dial as shown in your videos and water resistance while booking vapor kw77 is what it was shown while booking...
You have send completely a wrong watch i have send both the pictures one when booked which still reflects in the order and the other which u have actually send...
This is unnecessary getting delayed. I am somewhere feeling cheated.

This is really getting troublesome now. At first place you have send a wrong product now you are not reverting to any mails nor ur phone calls are any responsive.

This is pure case of cheating and fooling customers how can you say that its the same product on website that's the reason i have send the booking photo and actual received photo.

You have to exchange the product i have given complaint for you within your given time after the delivery. You advertise for the exact brand delivered and you dispatch wrong products that too cheap products without any of the features mentioned.

This calls me for a complaint in consumer forum and cyber cell for misleading and fooling customer. I will wait again a day more, if you won't solve the problem you would get the next complaint with proper notice and authority.

Don't fool customers.
