I received a wrong product from Onlineclues and since then i tried to contact them many a times and also have mailed them multiple times but there has been no response at all and neither my money had been refunded.

The concerned person of Onlineclues is Mr. RAVI KUMAR. He is the person who contacted me saying that he would refund the money but from next day his number is switched off

Updated by rahul@676 I haven't received the reverse courier slip. How am i suppose to send the product back as you notified in the mail??
