[Resolved] OnlineClues — To return the product and refund the money

Hi, iam mendro. Yesterday on 2nd nov, 16 i have received my order of rs.1199 and it ain't worth it, the product is significantly different from the given specification and now i want to return the product and want my money back but when i called onlineclues on the number given on website they don't answer the call and 24/7 made it busy and i also sent the email and query but no reply from their side. I feel like its a fraud.

I arti Kumari ...I bought jeans combo 1199 ...which are very cheap and bad quality ..
I want to refund money or replace ...I called at given no. But no one received... What I do ...plz tell me how can I return that
