I had ordered a combo pack of black forest cake, bouquet of red roses and teddy bear from OnlineDelivery.in on June 23, 2015. The gift had to be delivered on the same date (June 23, 2015) to one of my friend residing at Palakkad, Kerala. Below are the difficulties I faced:
1) The gift did not reach the recipient same day, thereby, ruining the surprise and occasion.
2) Instead of black forest cake, some cake was delivered. Pic attached. On enquiry with the customer care, they blatantly say it to be a black forest cake with whipped cream.
3) The flower decoration was not in accordance to the representational pic on the website.
I want to know can there be any action taken on the above? Can I get a refund for my cake? Was this information helpful? |
