[Resolved]  Onlinedth.co.in — dishtv order and refund issue

I have placed an order on 24/03/2019 order no. #13976 and #yrs130064 for new dish tv full hd box and paid rs. 1898/-. I received a call from mobile no. [protected] where in i was assured to get the dish tv connection installed on the same day against installation request no. [protected]. But till now it haven't installed nor i have been contacted by the service provider. No call is being received by the above mentioned number. Please resolve the case at the earliest.

Updated by Satyanshu ranjan I have asked them to cancel and even after the order was cancelled the money was not refunded to my account.
This is a fraud company and looting people's hard earned money.
Please help me to get my money back asap.
please solve my problems asap.
