I contacted them for a legal issue I with an ecommerce platform and after their usual pitch which now I realize is a sales pitch they pushed me to Pay 820 Rs/- as proceeding charges for their services which I paid and they provided me with some OLI Id OLI[protected]. After that they just totally ignored me and when I asked them for refund since they did'nt really help me in any way their call representative behaved rudely and also used obscene language. Now tell me is this type of open fraud something to be ignored. Daily they are cheating thousands of people with false consolations and looting their money. I will raise real consumer case against them.
