Onlyimported.com — PAID full amount but no response from onlyimported.com and the website shows amount is not paid

I apid the full amount fromhttp://www.onlyimported.com/british-retro-plaid-shell-shoulder-bag, that is after paytm cashback, discounts etc. Rs.319/-.
It is deducte from my account. but the order status shows "partial"in their website. tired of calling them in the customer care number M:[protected]. we cant speak to them firectly but only leave a message. I did such recorded msg many times but no response from them
their email [protected]@onlyimported.com bounces after a day. they are not at all responding.
please help
