I had my ac covered under onsitego extended waaranty.. Once i booked a service from onsitego they said that they dont have a person here in my place to service my product and forced me to get it serviced by myself so that they can reimburse the charges. Since it was a zonal manager who requested this, i agreed for a self service and provided the. The invoice on 12july'17 till date they didn't reimburse the charges. They are making so many false promises.
