Hi.. I am also the one of you guys who stucked with this bloody onway.. From the very beginning i have clearly said i wont pay any charges for this job from the moment i felt that its fraud. Now some of the advocate calling and messaging me in whatsapp. That this coming monday they will file a complain against me to break the contract and the provided me 2 ways to settle down either pay them 10 to 15k to cancel the agreement or once case ll register or i ll lose than i have to pay 2.50 lacs. Which is according to sec 73, 74 and 75. What is # is happening. Please help me to get out of this anyone there. I know they are doing fraud. I can show the relevant documents and mails and the conversation. They just without informing me the complete contract raised a 100rs court agreement with a digital signature of your name without sharing the complete n mandate information. This is just the way they used to fool people. Please be aware of this # onway solutions. They simply try to make u scare emotionally, mentally by saying court ka lafda hoga, case hoga, apko ana parega. Even they have hired a stupid lawyer fo this. Pls help if anyone can.
