On that day i get call from opentokart online shopping website for there company combo pack offer rs 1999 in combo pack they giving 1 pendrive 1 wallet plus belt. And company giving a gift coupon with this combo pack in gift voucher there attractive gifts i phone, laptop, sumsung tv etc

I ordered one combo pack using debit card payment.

But the order is not delivered to me and and my money was not back
Now whenever i call to customer care they are using abusive language and siad aapkao chutiya banaya gaya hai. Please help.
